Celebrate Pentecost with us this weekend! Services will be held Saturday at 5:00pm, and Sunday at 8:00am and 9:30am. Remember to wear red for the "tongues of fire"!

Acts 2:1-4, NRSVUE
When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly from heaven there came a sound like the rush of a violent wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. Divided tongues, as of fire, appeared among them, and a tongue rested on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability.

EXCITING NEWS: Caelan (a Caroline Church Acolyte & Sunday School student) won a gold medal in a major swimming championship! Caelan, we are so very proud of you! Congratulations!!!

Last weekend, Caelan Clover, representing Jamaica, participated in the 39th Carifita Aquatic Championships in Martinique (long course meter), an event featuring competitors from 24 Caribbean islands and countries.

Caelan was selected to represent his country due to his performance while training and competing for Three Village Swim Club during last summer's long course and the last fall's short course events.

In prelims he was 6th in 100 backstroke and in finals swimming in lane 6 - "outside smoke" - he won and improved his time from last summer by 5.69 sec! Caelan also was 2bd in the 200 backstroke, 3rd in the 200 IM and 5th in 50 backstroke and swam on Jamaica's relays. Well done!
