We are a local land trust dedicated to protecting the character of the Three Village community L.I., NY, through land and historic stewardship & conservation-first planning. o work in cooperation with other community organizations to identify and be responsive to the community's needs and aspirations through planning and continuous learning activities. We believe that involving the public and envisioning the future is the best way to create and maintain a coherent sense of community -- i.e. "protecting the past, planning the future" in a community where residents can enjoy parks, opens spaces, and well-cared-for historic structures while supporting and benefiting from a vibrant local economy.
