Our hearts go out to the Hassenbein and Falkowitz families as they mourn the tragic loss of their boys, Drew and Ethan. Each of their families is raising money in memory of their children and we want to share the links here for those who choose to donate to causes dear to Drew and Ethan. Our deepest condolences.

Entrance Project Update:
We would like to express our appreciation to the 80 out of 500 residents (16%) who have contributed to the entrance project so far. However, we are $10,000 away from our goal of $75,000 and need your help. Note that Country Estates had almost 100% participation for their entrance project! We CANNOT do this without you. Due to the very low participation of residents this project has taken over 4 years! We would like to finally make it a reality. Please share with your neighbors and send in your dues TODAY: by check to 10 Falcon Road, Roslyn, NY 11576 or Venmo .

Thank you to all residents who have already contributed to our 2020 dues drive! Your contributions amounted to approximately $20k, and with these funds we will be able to start work on the new entrances!

For those who have not yet sent in their dues, please support your community and do so now!

Venmo or send a check and return it with the stub on the dues letter you received in November.

We are aware of the state of the landscaping at the entrances and are looking for a new landscaper. If you have a great landscaper, please forward their contact info to us at: [email protected]

In 2019, we had a dues drive that raised approximately $15k.

While we don’t have enough funds to make major changes to our entrances, we did spend a little more than a typical year on plantings. We also paid for plans to beautify of our entrances.

Until enough money is raised, we will continue to spend a small amount of money on plantings to improve the appearance of our existing entrances.
