It was a joy to greet these CDI students in Lodwar, Kenya online, to encourage them in their studies of Scripture and their walk with God! They live in an area where there is very little water but they have found the springs of living water in Jesus! So thankful for our CDI teacher, Pastor David Tieng, who displays the joy of the Lord as makes disciples who desire to make disciples!

Please pray that God would soon provide resources necessary for a well for this needy church and for funds to get the printed CDI lessons to them. Burdened to help get students printed material?

Rejoice with us as we regularly hear from our national partners who share that people are turning to Christ, even those from dominant world religions! Pastor Godfrey was able to baptize a number of disciples who had confessed Christ as Lord and Savior! Can't wait to get to meet these followers of Jesus there or in heaven! God is building his church!

Maturing disciples commune regularly with Jesus in the Word and prayer. As we disciples our students we want them to grow to be like the Thessalonians who "received the word in much affliction with joy in the Holy Spirit (1 Thessalonians 1:6) and to be "searching the Scriptures because in them there is life" (John 5:39-40). We want to disciple them to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Jesus taught us, "If you abide in me and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you" (John 15:17).
