We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to our amazing first responders for all that you do to serve and protect our community!

A special thank you to Parker District Fire Department for stopping by and spending time with our kids. Our students had the opportunity to create special appreciation bags to give to our first responders and personally thank them for their service. It was such a meaningful way for our kids to learn about gratitude, service, and giving back to the people who show up for our community every day.

We would also like to give a huge thank you to YIG YMCA of Greenville for providing the supplies that allowed our kids to put these appreciation bags together.

Thank you to everyone who helped us create this special moment for our kids and our first responders. ❤️

We loved welcoming the Womble Bond Dickinson US LLP team to Judson Community Center on Wednesday for their National Day of Service! 💙

Their team spent the afternoon with our afterschool students, helping with homework, laughing over a game of Gaga Ball, and sharing a day in the life of a lawyer.

We’re grateful for community partners who give their time and invest in our kids. Thank you, Womble Bond Dickinson, for spending your day of service with us!

Our hearts are truly full! 💙

A heartfelt thank you to author Marissa for spending time with our YMCA Judson kids, sharing her story, and pouring such a meaningful message into them. Her words opened the door for honest conversations about jealousy, celebrating others, believing in yourself, and understanding that there is room for everyone to shine.

Watching our kids listen, engage, and connect with Marissa’s message was truly special. She didn’t just share a book. She created a moment where our kids felt seen, encouraged, and empowered. That kind of impact stays with a child. 💙

And to her amazing donors who purchased books so our kids could each have one of their own, THANK YOU! 📚 Your generosity allowed them to take Marissa’s message home and continue learning from it.

We are so thankful for a community that continues to show up, give back, and pour love into our kids. Marissa and each of your donors, thank you for being part of our Judson family and investing in our youth. 💙
