This Halloween, Border Artist Society invites you to Spirits & Shadows: Art from the Other Side, an art exhibition celebrating the supernatural, Día de los Mu***os, and everything hauntingly beautiful!

Join us at Sativa Petals Boutique + Tea House as we showcase the creativity of local artists from Eagle Pass and surrounding communities. 🕸️

Thank you to Magnolia Grove Apothecary & Gifts for hosting our monthly Junk Journal Meet Up! ✂️📓 We love having a space where we can slow down, get crafty, meet other creatives, and make something just because we feel like it.

Fun fact: Junk journaling is all about giving everyday paper pieces a second life. Receipts, old book pages, tickets, photos, scraps, packaging, stickers... basically, if you can glue it down, it can probably go in a junk journal.

We’re taking over Sativa Petals Boutique for a Halloween night filled with local art and Texas film.

6 PM | Doors Open
6 to 8 PM | Local Art Showcase
8 PM | Film Screening
After the films | Live Q&A with visiting filmmakers

You’ll get to watch short films, meet filmmakers coming in from out of town, ask them questions, check out local art, and spend Halloween with your creative community.

And we want to hear from y’all!

What do YOU want to see or do in Eagle Pass? More workshops? Art shows? Film nights? Creative meetups? Weird little art projects? Something completely different?

Let us know what y’all want and how BAS can help make it happen. We want to build this creative scene with our community, not just for it.

Big Texas, little films, and a whole lot of border creativity. 🎬🎨
The Big Texas Little Film Tour is coming to Eagle Pass, and Border Artist Society is teaming up with SativaPetals Boutique to welcome them with a Halloween night of local art, Texas-made films, and community.

We’re taking over Sativa Petals for the evening, starting with an art showcase featuring our local creative community before heading outside for the short film program and filmmaker Q&A.
