Enjoy snacks and fun as we celebrate world soccer in community! This Sunday, June 21st, at the Duvall Library, starting at 12pm.

All ages welcome.

Join King County Library System Children's Librarian Sarah at the Depot Park covered area for stories, music, movement and rhymes. Help develop your child’s early literacy skills. A short bubble play time will follow.
In case of inclement weather, Story Time will be moved to the Duvall Library meeting room.
Newborns and up with adult. No registration required.

Join us at the Duvall Library tomorrow night at for a wonderful presentation of "Connecting With Snoqualmie Valley Through Pictures."

Snoqualmie Valley, a new book in the Images of America series, is a collection of photographs and archival materials that share the rich history of the communities in the Snoqualmie Valley. Representatives from local historical societies and the Snoqualmie Tribe, who collaborated to create this book, will discuss these historical photos.

This spring, each KCLS library will be closed for one day as KCLS hosts regional staff learning and development days. Staff learning days help ensure staff stay current on best practices, emerging technologies, and ways to make your library experience even better.

The following libraries will be closed on Thursday, April 23:
Carnation
Duvall
Kingsgate
Kirkland
Skykomish
Woodinville


Here’s what to expect during the library closures:
The interior of the building will be closed. Meeting rooms, computer reservations, and printing services will be unavailable.
Events and programs will not be available.
The exterior book drop will be open for returns.
Wi-Fi will remain on and be accessible from outside of the building.
Lockers will be open at these locations for 24/7 hold pickup.
Holds and due dates will be extended by one day.

The Duvall Library will be closed Thursday, April 23 for a staff learning day. The library will resume normal hours Friday, April 24. For more information about the closure, visit bit.ly/StaffDayClosures.
