This Sunday at 6:30 in the Lima basement during youth group time we will be deciding out T-Shirt colors. Be sure to roll up.

So far Menomonie has had all of there youth and chaperones fill out the Steubenville liability forms while we have had one complete the form.
These don't have to be filled until we arrive on Friday, but the sooner they are in the less I have to worry about it.

Our conference liability form is live.
Everyone that is going with the Tri-Parish+ group to Steubenville needs to fill this out.
This due to fill out by May 22nd.
If you haven't gotten back to me the cost breakdown form. do not fill out the liability form. We don't have enough spots for people to come in out of the blue.

Students under 18 need a parent signature to complete the form.

This Sunday at Sacred Heart.
Come help out the youth going to Steubenville this summer. We currently have 8 sacred heart youth as well as one chaperone signed up to join us at our youth conference.

Parishioners the PCCW can use your help.

We are hosting a Bake Sale, in conjunction with our monthly Fellowship, after Mass this Sunday to help support the Sacred Heart Youth that will be attending the Stuebenville Conference.

Had a really good turnout at the bake sale yesterday. A big thank you to all of those that helped support the youth group.
With all the great donations we received we have leftovers that will be for sale after the Easter Vigil tonight at 8:30 in the Holy Rosary entrance.
We will be off the side a bit so we can have a clear path for normal Vigil processions in and out of the church.

Hope to see this be a very good event for our youth raising funds for the Steubenville conference as well as a good outreach event for our whole Tri-Parish.
Families are welcome to drop off donations tomorrow whether or not their have a child in the program.
