📅 Mark your calendars! Join us for Beyond Wisconsin: Exploring the Midwest!

Between February 11-15, 2027, youth in grades 6-8 will travel to St. Louis, Missouri and experience fun, learning, and cultural discovery.

Participants can experience:
🍀 Science museums
🍀 Art centers
🍀 Live music and performances
🍀 Local food

We’re excited to share details about our upcoming Triple P Positive Parenting Program: Fear‑Less Class and invite you to join this supportive and engaging learning experience.
This six‑week series is offered by UW–Extension and led by highly trained educators who specialize in supporting families and strengthening parent–child relationships. You’ll learn practical strategies to help your child or teenager manage and reduce anxious feelings, both now and in the future, while building confidence in your parenting toolkit.
We’ll meet weekly via Zoom from Thursday October 15 through November 19, 2026, with each session featuring PowerPoint instruction, video demonstrations, workbook activities, and group discussion. This is an interactive class not a webinar so come ready to participate and connect. To help fit your schedule, the Fear‑Less series is offered twice each week: a morning session from 9:00–10:30 AM and an evening session from 6:00–7:30 PM. You’re welcome to attend whichever session works best for you and switch between them from week to week as needed.
All participants will be mailed a workbook free of charge after attending the first session. We’re looking forward to learning with you and supporting your parenting journey.

Pepin County Department of Human Services invites you to join us for a Pepin County Mental Health Townhall Meeting on Tuesday, October 27 at 7:00 PM.

We’ll bring together professionals from across the mental health field for an open community conversation, Q&A, and an opportunity to learn about local resources and supports. Community members, stakeholders, elected officials, and anyone interested in strengthening mental health in Pepin County are encouraged to attend.
