Durand Improvement Group (DIG) DIG is a community-focused organization dedicated to enhancing the economic vitality, visual appeal, and overall quality of life in Durand.

We support local businesses, organize community events, promote tourism, and lead beautification projects. Goals & Objectives

To INSPIRE fellowship, a stronger community base and historical preservation in our River Town

To DEVELOP ideas to stimulate growth of our community as well as attract new businesses. To PROMOTE the concept that working together improves the advancement of the community

To SERVE as coordinator for community events that impact the goals of the organization

🎵 Live Music: Half Shebang from 6:00 PM - 9:00PM

🚛 Touch-a-Truck: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
🚒 Explore fire trucks, ambulances, police vehicles, and more!

🎨 Face Painting for Kids: Stop by and let the little ones show off their creativity with fun face painting designs!

Today’s the day that the City of Durand Pool opens for the 2026 season! 🌊

We are so excited about the pool opening that we decided to give away 17 (yes, SEVENTEEN) punch cards!

All you have to do is comment what your favorite summer activity is.

Our meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 6pm has been cancelled to allow some of our board members some much needed (and earned) rest and relaxation after a busy FunFest weekend.

Our next meeting will be on Monday, July 13 at 6pm in the Council Chambers of Durand City Hall.

Tomorrow is Day 1 of FunFest! Durand Improvement Group is hosting the Car Show and Brat Feed with proceeds benefiting our Memorial Park Bandshell Renovations Project.

The bandshell is in need of many repairs, so all money raised/donated is greatly appreciated. We have raised approximately $30,000 of the $210,000 needed.

Come see some awesome cars and help out a great cause!
