High Tide Gymnastics Welcome to High Tide Gymnastics!

We are a gymnastics facility in Dunkirk, MD, offering recreational and competitive gymnastics classes, aerial silks, camps, parties and more for ages 9 months old to adults! 🤸Need to get the kids out of the house this Friday? Join us for our School's Out Open gym! Register for one of our sessions 11a-12p, 12p-1p, 1p-2p or stay for all three 11a-2p.

Gymnasts ages 5+ that can independently use the restroom are able to be dropped off.

You do not need to be a current student to register for open gym. Open gyms are open to all ages. Those ages 4 and under require adult supervision while on the equipment.

Need to schedule a school year session make up? Head over to your parent portal, absences and make ups to register for an open gym make up session.

✏️School's Out Open Gym Special, Friday 10/16
11am–12pm, 12–1pm & 1–2pm
$15 per session or $30 for all 3! 💥

🦇 Halloween Fun!
Fri 10/23 | Halloween at Hallowing | 6–8:30pm
Sat 10/24 | Halloween Family Fun Night at Chesapeake Beach | 6–8pm

🤸Happy National Gymnastics Day!!!🤸

Join us from 3-6pm today to celebrate. Come see the facility, meet some coaches, and spend the afternoon flipping around. You will have a chance to try aerial silks from 3-4p. Our friends from Mathnasium will also be hanging at the gym this afternoon.

Looking for something to do before hand? Come join us at Taste the Beaches in CB from 11a-3p.

Today is also the last day to pre-order your High Tide leotard!
