This is Matthews. He lives inside Mulanji Prison in Malawi. 🙏

He once carried a burden so heavy it convinced him that God had given up on him. Guilt. Shame. The belief that he was beyond redemption. Hope felt like something meant for other people — not him.

But then the Beyond Success roundtables came to his prison. And during Lesson 5, something shifted in Matthews' heart. He discovered a truth that changed everything:

God had never left him — not even in his darkest moment.

Today, Matthews talks to God with confidence. He walks with renewed faith. And hope is alive again — even behind prison walls.

4️⃣ How am I developing and supporting others?
5️⃣ What is my focus for the season ahead?
6️⃣ How do I respond to challenges with wisdom?
7️⃣ How am I inviting others into the mission?

These aren't easy questions — but they're the right ones. Leadership that lasts is built on honest reflection and a heart surrendered to a purpose greater than yourself.
