Around here, we take pride in aging 🌈

Our Positive Aging Collection of buttons, magnets, and tees was created to help change the way we think, talk, and feel about growing older—one positive message at a time.

With Duluth-Superior Pride right around the corner, there's no better time to join us in making our community more livable for people of all ages and stages of life!

What happens when a good idea gets an age-friendly partner behind it? It keeps growing 🌱

After partnering with Marsha Weigner last year to bring her And So We Grow…Sowing Seeds to End Ageism program to life to help children develop a more positive view of growing older, we’re working together again to help her launch a new website designed with age-inclusivity and accessibility top of mind.

Have an age-friendly project you’d like to get off the ground? We’d love to hear from you!

As part of our People Behind Our Purpose series, we’re excited to introduce you to Leeza.

With over a decade of copywriting expertise and a passion for reframing aging, she brings her love of cultivating meaningful connections through accessibility-focused messaging, with design in mind, to create a ripple effect.

When asked about her view on aging, Leeza said, “The older I get, the more I see life like seasons. We don’t expect autumn to look like spring. Yet each season serves a purpose and holds beauty when you embrace it."

Having access to valuable health and safety resources in our community is part of lifelong learning, too, and our friends at Arrowhead Area Agency on Aging and St. Louis County MN Public Health have a wealth of them!

Finding health and safety resources throughout our lives is part of lifelong learning.

That’s why we’re grateful for trusted age-friendly partners like the Arrowhead Area Agency on Aging, which offers FREE webinars and one-on-one counseling to help older adults, caregivers, and families better understand their options and navigate available resources.

We’re also thankful for our partners at St. Louis County MN Public Health, for being a go-to local resource for health and wellness classes, emergency preparedness, and more.
