📣 Check Your Email, Your Feedback Matters!
Beginning June 16th, Tri-Valley will be sending consumer satisfaction surveys to a random selection of consumers receiving provider services.

If you are selected, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing a link to a Google Form where you can share your feedback.

✔ Please complete the survey using the Google Form link provided.
✔ Do not reply directly to the email, as responses are collected through the survey form.
✔ Surveys should be completed within two weeks of receiving the email.

Your feedback helps us evaluate services, recognize what's working well, and identify opportunities for improvement. We encourage everyone selected to participate.

June is Elder Abuse Awareness Month.

Every older adult deserves to live with dignity, respect, and safety. Elder abuse can take many forms. If you are concerned that an older adult may be at risk, don't wait for proof. Trust your instincts and reach out. A simple phone call could make a life-changing difference.

To report suspected elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation, call the Massachusetts Elder Abuse Hotline 24/7 at 1-800-922-2275. Tri-Valley is the designated Protective Services agency for older adults in our 25-town service area and is here to help.

Did you know your SNAP benefits may go further than you think? 🍎🥕🍽️

There are several programs available in Massachusetts that can help you stretch your food budget and access healthy, local meals and produce.

✔ Healthy Incentives Program (HIP) – Earn money back on your SNAP card when purchasing eligible fruits and vegetables directly from participating farmers.
✔ Farmers Market Programs – Many farmers markets offer SNAP incentives and matching programs to help you get more fresh, local food.
✔ Restaurant Meals Program (RMP) – Eligible SNAP recipients may be able to use benefits at participating restaurants.
