Change how you look at it.

This week on the podcast, Paulette Milewski shares a hilarious personal story of a triathlon gone wrong and how a quick mental reframe brought the fun back.

But this episode isn't just about sports; it’s about life, resilience and your daily shift at wpork. Paulette connects her race-day mindset shift back to the office, giving us a masterclass on why bringing fun, perspective and "micro-joys" into our everyday routines is absolutely essential to beating burnout.
