This week, we highlight a driving force behind resident stability and well-being: our dedicated Resident Services Team.

Our Resident Service Coordinators and Life Enrichment Coordinators support residents in living with enthusiasm, confidence and security while maintaining stable housing. They provide programs and connections that strengthen daily life and reduce housing barriers, including workshops on health, insurance and benefits; help navigating complex systems; opportunities for social connection; food distributions; and regular health and wellness screenings — keeping residents informed, connected and supported.

We’re grateful for our entire Resident Services Team and the role they play every day in helping residents thrive.

We’re shining a light on three new affordable housing communities in the HumanGood family. West Park Court, our first managed Pittsburgh community, and Ardmore House II and Hope Heights — both currently under construction.

More communities are already in the pipeline, with projects in early funding and development stages.

We also remain committed to preserving existing affordable housing communities, where older adults can stay healthy, connected and inspired to live their best lives.
