BOD Chair Dave Ryan and Lodge Treasurer Judee Ryan presented Pat Sorensen of Grab & Go a check for $1,132 today. The money was the charitable portion of the last Queen of Hearts game!

Nearly 100 years ago, following the completion of the Elks National Memorial, then-National President John F. Malley dreamt of building “a more stately mansion...with a dome so vast that it will cover the entire nation.” However, this mansion was not constructed of bricks and mortar—it was an idea.

Malley envisioned a “mighty army for the service of mankind” who would “extend help freely and perform their deeds with a pleasant smile.”

We are the realization of Malley’s dream.
