🎄 Christmas Tree Lot Update 🎄

The Dexter Lions Club Christmas Tree Lot will be closed Thursday (12/18) from 5–8 PM.

We will reopen Friday (12/19) from 2–8 PM, which will be our LAST day open for the season.

🎄 Lot tear-down begins Saturday morning at 9 AM.

Thank you to everyone who supported our tree sales and helped us give back to the Dexter community ❤️

🕑 Weekdays: 2PM–8PM
🕙 Weekends: 10AM–7PM

We have fresh Christmas trees in multiple sizes, plus wreaths and garland available while supplies last. 🎄✨

Come pick out the perfect tree and support the work we do right here in our community.

🎉 Congratulations to Creekside 5th grader, Emmy DiPatrizio — our 2025 Dexter Lions Club Peace Poster Winner! 🎨🕊️

Emmy was recognized at our last membership meeting by Dexter Lion John Gochis, Peace Poster Chairman, and Creekside Intermediate Art Teacher Kristen Butler for her incredible artwork inspired by this year’s Lions International theme: “Together As One.”

For nearly four decades, the Lions International Peace Poster Contest has encouraged young artists (ages 11–13) to share what peace means to them. Each year, Lions clubs around the world sponsor students in their communities, giving them the chance to be recognized locally, across districts, and even internationally — with a grand prize of $5,000 awarded globally.

This year’s theme, Together As One, invites students to imagine a world where people of all backgrounds unite around a shared purpose. Emmy’s artwork beautifully captures that vision. 💛🌍

We’re proud to announce that Emmy’s poster will now advance to the district level, with the opportunity to move on to the international competition next.

Please join us in celebrating Emmy’s achievement — and cheering her on as her artwork continues forward! 👏✨

🌲 The Dexter Lions Are Getting Ready for Christmas Tree Season! 🌲

Over the last two weekends (11/15 and 11/22), our amazing volunteers bundled up, showed up, and worked side-by-side to prepare for this year’s Christmas Tree Sales. From unloading trees to setting up the lot, every helping hand made a difference — and we are so grateful.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time, their energy, and their heart to help us get ready. This tradition is only possible because of the incredible people in our Dexter community who show up year after year. ❤️

We can’t wait to welcome you all starting Friday, November 28th! Here are our full hours for the season:

📅 Opening Weekend
Nov. 28, 29, 30 — 9:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.

📅 Weekdays
Monday–Friday — 2:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

📅 Additional Weekend Hours
Dec. 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21 — 10:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.

💵 Cash Only

All proceeds support the Dexter Lions Club and go right back into our community.
