Think Funding First ™ is officially live.

For every founder, CEO, consultant, and author trying to build something that actually last in this digital economy, this book gives you the five pillars that hold infrastructure together and a full work book companion that turns every chapter into an action, and not just a read.

Here’s what’s inside: the $197 infrastructure readiness scorecard I use directly with my coaching clients. This is the one I was unsure about, including and I am such a giver, you guessed it, it is included in every copy.

The early reader rate is available now through Sunday, August 16, $37 instead of $47.

Passion without infrastructure is a promise that never gets kept. This book is the why behind everything I teach in the six week Funding First infrastructure program.

Stay tuned for details on the next Funding First ™ infrastructure cohort, running September 10 through October 15, where you build it, file it, and get it funded.

While you are there online…, take a look at the full ecosystem: Esteem We Inc, Detroit Possible, A Joseph Company, and Funding First™ Infrastructure. This is also where we are building our interest list for Fall openings in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Delivery, so if the timing is not right today, get on the list now.

Wayne County nonprofit leaders, your voice belongs in this.

I am in the final phase of my doctoral research on nonprofit leadership and organizational infrastructure across Wayne County, and I am asking leaders in this space to complete a short 5 to 7 minute survey.

It covers the real challenges: funding, operations, technology, and infrastructure. The things that shape whether a mission can actually scale.
Every respondent receives the free Funding Readiness Assessment and Infrastructure Guide™.

Complete it by Tuesday, June 30 and you are also entered to win a sponsored seat in the Funding First™ Infrastructure Sprint, beginning July 9, sponsored by Comerica Bank. Drawing takes place July 1.

This research will help shape future nonprofit ecosystem reports, funding readiness conversations, and resources built for leaders right here in Wayne County.

Survey link in the comments. Deadline is Tuesday .
