We recognize the need to begin to organize our community to work in solidarity with each other. As a community we look to bring about positive change in cultivating an equitable and sustainable society. First an informative MI discussion group. We want to keep the discussion going about topics that impact our community our nation and our world. This group is open to education and discussion on bec
oming more aware of the impact racism and privilege have on society. We work to create sensitivity to cultural, racial, and gender difference. We are supporting and encouraging parents and children while learning more ways to help provide for each other. We are raising children to be more aware than us. We come together under a common interest of building a better world for our children. Secondary we support volunteer action and are Looking to network community organizations to achieve their objectives. We are activists ready to activate. We are intended to be unified by an idea and not a leader. We recognize everyone has passions, interest and personal connections to justice and equality. We encourage individuals to follow those passions in cultivating positive change in our community. We work together to organize and execute everyday actions to push society into the direction of a kind self sustainable community.

This is a community building group. Let's strive to approach people with kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect. We recognize that growth in communities can come through challenging beliefs and thoughts of each other. Conflict is Curable. We believe that through struggle, we can learn and grow together. We know that passionate people coming together around intense conversations about injustice will likely surface lots of feelings. Part of Nurturing communities is creating space for these feelings to unfold while holding a place of compassion and solidarity.
