Our recent Graduating Mothers celebration honored a remarkable group of mothers whose service, leadership, sisterhood, and love have helped shape our chapter and the families within it.

Detroit shows up.
And it showed.

Brunch & Blue Notes was a beautiful reflection of what happens when style, intention, and community come together with purpose.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Chair Veronica Hullum and Co-Chair Maya Cockcroft and the entire Planning Committee. Each of you played a vital role in bringing this vision to life.

We are also grateful to our generous sponsors—BCBSM, KPMG, The Kresge Foundation, and L & H Financial—for their continued support.

Thank you to our Chapter leadership—President Stephanie Mays-Hurst, Vice President Siedah Spencer-Ardis, and Program Director Brandi Wheeler, who also served as our emcee—along with our Executive Committee for their guidance and leadership.

We also recognize our Teen President Jackson Coleman, Teen Vice President London Moore, and Co-LTA Noceeba Southern for their presence and commitment to our program.

Special thanks to the Nate Winn Quartet for an unforgettable musical experience.

Most importantly, this gathering allowed us to further support the mission of the Jack and Jill Foundation, continuing our commitment to strengthening children and families in our community.

A beautiful day, a meaningful purpose, and a room that showed up.

Not every act of love is loud. Some are stitched together… piece by piece.

Today, our young people partnered with Fleece & Thank You to create blankets for children in the hospital—each one a quiet reminder that someone cares, someone sees them, and they are not alone. Thank you to MM Ashlee Barnes for organizing and hosting GG’s 1, 2 & 3 today!
