Grief is love that still has somewhere to go. 🤍

When we lose a baby, the love doesn’t disappear with them. It stays — in our hearts, in the memories we hold, in the dates we remember, and in all the little moments that remind us of who they were and who they should have been.

So we carry it.
We carry the love.
We carry the memories.
We carry them. 🦋

And sometimes, carrying that love is the hardest and most beautiful thing we will ever do.

Because love never ends. 🤍🌈

They were loved from the very beginning. 💜
Loved when we first saw those two lines.
Loved through every dream, every hope, every whispered name.
Loved then. Loved now. Loved forever. 🦋
Our babies may be gone from our arms, but they will never be gone from our hearts. Their place in our lives is permanent, because love doesn’t end when life does. 🤍
No matter how much time passes, our babies will always be our babies. 💜🦋

Tag an angel mum who needs to hear this today. 💜🦋

To the mum who smiles while her heart is breaking…
To the mum who still whispers her baby’s name…
To the mum who carries a love that never got the chance to grow old…

You are amazing. 🤍

You survived days you never thought you could. You continue to love, remember and carry your baby with you every single day.

Your grief doesn’t make you weak. Your love makes you a mum — forever. 🦋💜

So tag an angel mum and remind her: She is seen. She is loved. She is amazing. ❤️

Your baby mattered. 🤍

Your pregnancy mattered.
Your dreams mattered.
Your hopes mattered.
And your loss matters.

Even if your baby’s life was brief, the love you had for them was real, deep, and forever. Nothing can take that away.

You are allowed to remember. You are allowed to grieve. You are allowed to say their name and speak about the dreams you had for them.

Your baby was here. Your baby was loved. Your baby will never be forgotten. 🦋🤍

Grief doesn’t need fixing. It needs compassion. 🤍

To every grieving parent: please don’t let anyone tell you how long you should grieve, when you should “move on,” or how you should feel.

There is no timeline for missing your baby.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve.
And there is no expiration date on love. 🦋

Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is simply listen, stay, and be there. No judgement. No advice. Just love. 🤍

What do you wish people would stop saying to grieving parents? 💜

I’m done censoring my baby loss to make other people comfortable. 💗

My baby existed. My love is real. My grief is real. And I will never apologize for speaking their name or sharing their story.

If my truth makes someone uncomfortable, that says more about silence than it does about love. Every baby deserves to be remembered, and every bereaved parent deserves to be heard. 🦋

To every grieving parent reading this: you never have to shrink your loss to fit someone else’s comfort. Your baby mattered. Always. 🤍

Sometimes the hardest part of pregnancy and baby loss is knowing that the world may never truly understand. 🤍

They may not understand how deeply we loved a baby we didn’t get to bring home, how a due date can still hurt, or how grief can live alongside a smile.

But we understand. We see you. We hear you. And we will never tell you to “move on.” 🦋

Different journeys. Different losses. The same unconditional love. 🤍🌈

Different journeys. Same love. 💗

Some mothers held their babies for a lifetime. Others held them for only a moment, a few weeks, or in dreams yet to come.

But the love was real. The bond was real. And the loss is real. 🦋

Our babies may be gone from our arms, but they will never be gone from our hearts. Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever our babies. 🤍

Sometimes the person who gets you through the darkest days isn’t the one with the perfect words. They’re simply the one who stays. 🤍

The one who listens without trying to fix you.
The one who checks in.
The one who sits beside you when you have nothing left to give.

If someone was that person for you during your loss, tag them and let them know how much their presence meant. 🦋💜

And if you were that person for someone else… please know that your love mattered more than you may ever realise. ❤️

You are still a mother. 🤍

Nothing can change that.

Your baby is still your baby — whether you held them for a lifetime, a moment, or only carried them within your heart. Their absence does not erase your motherhood, and their short life does not make your love any smaller.

You will always be their mother. 🦋
And they will always be a part of you. 🌈🤍
