We have a special thank you to give to American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company and its employees!

American Equity’s employee led EPIC Giving! Charity Event was designed to engage our employees in selecting the charities that matter most to them, ensuring our corporate donations make a meaningful and lasting impact by supporting the incredible work of The Free Store.

Thank you so much for your donation and to the employees for nominating us! We are excited to work with you in helping families start over.

Do you know how to drive? Want to make a difference? Drive boxtrucks for the Freestore!!

The Freestore has no paid employees which means all cash donations go directly to helping people start over and operations to continue that mission. 🤗

Donations of furniture have not kept up with demand. To supplement donations, we purchase furniture and household goods to give to clients. In 2025 the FreeStore spent over $72,000 on client materials, a 23% increase over 2024. We appreciate granting organizations that have helped with those purchases.

Do you have any furniture that might help us out? Would you prefer to checkout our Amazon wishlist? Check it out below!!
