Happy Friday😻 To start this beautiful day, we want to share a sweet adoption story. Trash can came to us in April from the Wichita Animal Shelter as a euthanasia pull. He had a mild URI and was slightly timid, so we spent about 2 weeks getting him healthy and confident before moving him to the adoption floor. Fast forward to today, after being adopted a week ago, Trash Can (now Moby!) is living his best life ALIVE! He’s no longer in a rescue or shelter, doesn’t face the immediate concern of euthanasia, and gets cuddled by the sweetest family.

His story is exactly why we do what we do! Seeing him loved and safe is all we can ask for🥹

If you feel moved to save a life— adopt a cat in need! You save TWO lives by doing so because you bring one home, and open a spot for a new cat to come in. Our surrender list is over 10 cats long, so we need the space! Reached cats are the most loyal, loving, and thankful kitties you’ll ever meet. Every cat deserves to know what love is! Plus, all (yes even kittens!) of our cats come spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated! They’re ready to go, now all they need is YOU🏠❤️‍🩹

Due to NO fault of their own, you have one more chance at adopting Bella and Mocha🥺 The previous adopter very sadly cannot keep them due to personal events, but since being in the home the girls have been so sweet and amazing. They truly just want a soft place to land that they can call home❤️ Because they were adopted, they will be coming home with all of the things the previous family bought for them (litter boxes, food, toys, beds, carriers etc!) which will make preparing for them SO easy👏🏼 My biggest goal right now is to find the perfect FOREVER fit. Adoption Dump 😻 (because I’ve been slacking😬)

Lately we have gotten so wrapped up into chaos and emergency intakes that the most important part— finding these babies homes!— hasn’t been celebrated enough. Here’s a dump of some sweet adoptions that have happened over the last few weeks. While a lot of adopters also opt to not take pictures, we are celebrating them too.
