Meet our two adoptable FIV+ kitties!😻

Chester and Weasley both came to us after living an awful life on the streets. Beat up, alone, and wounded our rescue had no choice but to save them. We thankfully have been able to treat all of their wounds, show them REAL love and affection, and give them a new chance at life❤️‍🩹

Chester is a HUGE parrot (he loves shoulders🤣) but he loves to talk even more. He is a cuddle bug who thrives on attention, and if you’re looking for a soulmate- you’ve just found him 🥹

Weasley is a bit more laid back. He’s a huge lover and enjoys pets as well (now that he’s shaved with no more mats!) but he also enjoys jumping off your lap after awhile and just lounging in a comfy bed.

These boys are not bonded, and Weasley actually gets too overwhelmed by Chester’s love if they’re left alone, so ideally they’d each find a home of their own ❤️ We aren’t sure how they do with dogs, but they’re cat friendly, very human friendly, and from what we have seen child friendly.

Good news and GREAT news! 🐾

Mater & Doc found their forever home! The best part? Their new humans are roommates, so they get to stay together!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our adoption event. Keep an eye out for our next event with Save the Kitties! There will be lots of freshly neutered kitties looking for loving homes! 🐱

🐾📢Urgent Update from the Earthwise Adoption Event📢🐾

Rescue truly never stops , and even when we are closed for the holiday weekend we face many challenges.

Today, while we were packing up, new emergency intakes arrived that we didn’t expect! 😢 Some people in their car showed up with three incredible cats and four 8 week old kittens.

Meet the momma cat, a 3-year-old black beauty with nearly 10 litters under her paws, her son (solid grey), and her daughter (tabby grey). Not Surprisingly, both the mom and daughter are pregnant again! (Via their son / brother ) 🐱This cycle of inbreeding ends here at Save the Kitties!

These cats were covered in fleas and starving. We had to step in and take them, knowing we couldn’t leave them behind. Now, our room is completely full, and they are scheduled for surgery this Tuesday thanks to Bruce Veterinary Services 🏥The adults will be spayed, while the kittens will also get their procedures once they are old enough.

We urgently need your help! 🙏 Please consider donating to cover their medical needs, including spay and neuter surgeries.
