Good morning team captains!
Edit: I cant attach the two attachments that went out in the email which were rules and starting holes if you need those, message me woth your email you would like them aent and i will get ot over to you.
Captains, you are responsible for passing this information to your teams. We do not have everyone’s emails.
I hope everyone is ready for a great day of golf on Saturday! Here will be some outlining rules and regulations to abide by or stumble down if you will:
0700 registration opens, range will be available and free
0800 shotgun start
Dogs, brats, burgers throughout the day
Beers, seltzers, Jello shots, pudding shots provided as usual
Pulled pork, beans, mac and cheese after for awards ceremony
1500 hopefully we are done with everything!
-If you have a shirt with a collar, it would be appreciated if you could wear that…. You will still be able to golf if you wear a t-shirt though. Please no cut off shirts or cut off shorts though. You do not have to wear golf pants.
-Parking might be a small issue this year, so if the parking lot fills up, just park along the road by the club house, not off Rock Road (or whatever it’s called when you get into the Willowbend neighborhood).
-Attached is the team captain’s names and which hole you will be starting on as well as the rules for this year.
-When you check in, you will be assigned a number on your 1 free raffle ticket. If you plan on purchasing additional raffle tickets, you will write that number on the additional tickets. We will start the drawings for prizes 15 minutes after the last scorecard has been turned in. I will make an announcement when that clock starts.
-DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! It will be hot, and we do not need any medical emergencies.
-Please remember why we put this tournament on. This is a fun day for golf, drinking, and comradery to raise money for caner research as well as to help those directly who are battling cancer. The past two years we have been able to donate to the American Cancer Society as well as former members who were in their own battles.
-If you have complaints or concerns, please bring them to me or Abbi directly day of or shoot us a text or email. I would love to discuss any problems you see or ideas you might have pushing this tournament into the future.
