The 2026 boys2MEN Leadership Summit: G.R.O.W was about so much more than leadership. It was about brotherhood, confidence, exposure, accountability, and giving young men the space to discover who they are and who they have the power to become.

Throughout the week, our young men were challenged to step outside of their comfort zones, build meaningful connections, learn from mentors, experience new opportunities, and GROW.

We ended the summit welcoming a new group of young men into the Crowley Foundation family, but their journey is only beginning. What happened during this week will continue through mentorship, community, and the relationships built along the way.

To every mentor, volunteer, facilitator, partner, sponsor, parent, and supporter who helped make this experience possible, THANK YOU. You helped create memories, lessons, and connections that will extend far beyond the summit.

This is what investing in young men looks like. This is what GROWth looks like. 🌱

We’re honored to be part of the Colorado Diasporic Film Festival and grateful to Colorado Public Radio for taking the time to share our story and the heart behind *boys2MEN: Three Lives. One System. And the Fight for Freedom.*

This documentary was created to spark conversation, challenge perspectives, and shine a light on the real lives of three men whose lives were forever changed by our justice system. More than a film, it’s a call to ask hard questions, seek truth, and inspire change.

Being selected for the Colorado Diasporic Film Festival is an incredible honor, and we would love to share this moment with our community.

As we close another unforgettable boys2MEN Leadership Summit, we leave inspired by the growth, courage, and brotherhood we witnessed throughout the week.

Our Closing Ceremony was more than a celebration. It was a reflection of the commitment each young man made to himself, his future, and his community. Throughout the summit, they challenged themselves, built meaningful relationships, explored new opportunities, strengthened their leadership skills, and discovered that their story has power.

To every young king who showed up with an open mind and a willingness to grow, we are proud of you. This is not the finish line. It is the beginning of your next chapter.

Thank you to our families, mentors, volunteers, partners, presenters, and supporters who poured into this experience. Your time, encouragement, and investment helped make this week one these young men will never forget.

Here's to the Class of 2026. Keep leading. Keep learning. Keep serving. Keep becoming.
