After two years of dedicated service as YLIA's intern and assistant to the facilitator, Drew Petitt, is embarking on an exciting new journey. Although we'll certainly miss him, we couldn't be prouder of everything he has accomplished and all that lies ahead.
As a YLIA alumnus, Drew has always led by example. He returned to give back to the very program that helped shape his leadership, service, and philanthropy journey, and over the past two years, he has become an invaluable part of our team. Whether he was running errands, facilitating the work of our Engagement Team, supporting events, assisting with behind-the-scenes operations, or stepping in wherever he was needed, Drew did it all with humility, professionalism, and a genuine heart for service. His reliability and willingness to help made a lasting impact on our organization and the young leaders we serve.
During his time with us, Drew also earned his bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from Millikin University, an incredible accomplishment that reflects his dedication and work ethic. He has now accepted a full-time position with ADM, and we know he will bring the same excellence and integrity to his new role. As if that weren't enough, he is also considering graduate school in the fall, and we have no doubt that whatever path he chooses, he will continue to thrive.
Drew, thank you for your countless hours of service, your positive attitude, and your unwavering commitment to YLIA. You have left your mark on this organization, and you will always be a part of the YLIA family.
