🎉Today, our Director of Talent Development & Recruitment, Amber Fortenberry, accepted a grant from the Rotary Club of Decatur in support of the Chamber’s Endless Opportunities Expo!

Each fall, this hands-on career exploration event introduces more than 2,000 eighth-grade students to a wide range of career opportunities through interactive exhibits and activities designed to inspire their future career pathways.

🎉 Congratulations to the Chamber’s 2025–2026 Excellence in Leadership Class for the success of their community service project, the inaugural Dec Days Festival and Top Deck Social, held on April 18!

The class raised $34,732 through fundraising efforts and community support. Today, checks of $9,077.41 each were presented to Brothers for Life Benefit Fund, Community Free Clinic of Decatur-Morgan County and Meals on Wheels. In addition, each nonprofit separately received $2,500 in grant funding through WoodmenLife that the class applied for and secured.

Thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, volunteered and supported these events.

🎤 Through the Reach and Teach program, students helped plan and produce the music event, gaining real-world experience. Their hard work and dedication were on full display throughout the evening.
