At our last Unity Session this past Saturday, our community gathered for a facilitated discussion to shape our upcoming election activities.
​When navigating important decisions, listening to as many members as possible matters:

​-- Not because everyone will agree.
-- Not because every suggestion can be implemented.
-- But because every person brings a unique perspective on what our community needs.

​True inclusion means creating space to listen—not just to the loudest voices, the most familiar voices, or the people already at the table. ​It means asking:

-- Who haven’t we heard from?
-- What perspectives might we be missing?
-- How can we make decisions that reflect the community we serve?

​When we listen to one another, we build community. 🤝
