🥾🌾 Boots on the Prairie – Veterans Hike & Resource Fair 🇺🇸

Dallas Legacy Mission is honored to partner with Cedar Hill State Park, the Military Veteran Peer Network, and the Brain Health Rotary Club for the upcoming Boots on the Prairie Veterans Hike and Resource Fair.

Led by our friends at Cedar Hill State Park, this special event brings together veterans, service members, retirees, and their families for a morning of outdoor recreation, valuable resources, community connections, and fellowship.

CSFP/PAN Program (People and Nutrition) – Free Food Assistance

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP/PAN) provides free monthly boxes of nutritious, nonperishable food to eligible older adults to help support healthy nutrition.

Distribution is held on the first Wednesday of every month, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM, at the West Dallas Multipurpose Center, 2828 Fish Trap Road, Dallas, TX 75212.

Eligible participants must be 60 years or older, meet income guidelines, and reside in eligible counties (Dallas, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Hunt, Kaufman, Delta, Grayson, Navarro, Rockwall, Lamar, or Hopkins). U.S. citizenship is not required. A valid government-issued ID (state ID, driver’s license, birth certificate, or passport) is required for enrollment.

This food distribution is open to all who qualify with no preregistration required. Special distribution date: Wednesday, June 3, 2026. For more information, call (214) 670-6340.

El Programa de Alimentos Suplementarios de Productos Básicos (CSFP/PAN) ofrece cajas mensuales gratuitas de alimentos no perecederos y nutritivos para adultos mayores elegibles, con el fin de apoyar una nutrición saludable.

La distribución se realiza el primer miércoles de cada mes, de 9:00 a.m. a 1:30 p.m., en el West Dallas Multipurpose Center, 2828 Fish Trap Road, Dallas, TX 75212.

Los participantes elegibles deben tener 60 años o más, cumplir con las pautas de ingresos y residir en uno de los siguientes condados: Dallas, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Hunt, Kaufman, Delta, Grayson, Navarro, Rockwall, Lamar o Hopkins. Her son has been missing he is about 5/11 150 pounds his name is Christian he’s been missing since 12:00 last night if any body has seen him please get in contact with her via messenger he’s from West Dallas it’s not like him to not call or message or even not come home for that matter please if anyone has heard something or seen him please message her or call police.
