Investing in the Hearts of Our School

What started as a vision is becoming a special space for our teachers.

In this reel, Mrs. Hembree shares how the teacher lounge came about, her vision for creating a place where teachers can recharge and feel appreciated, and why having a dedicated space for them matters so much.

A huge thank you to all of the parents who have donated and helped bring this vision to life. Your generosity is making a meaningful difference for the teachers who give so much to our students every day.

Abney PTA is excited to present Coloring with Grandparents! 🖍️

📅 September 14th & 15th
⏰ 8:30–9:30 AM
🎟️ Tickets will be available through Givebacks for $2 per adult
💕 Each family may bring up to 2 grandparents

Abney Elementary is looking for volunteers to help Mrs. Murdock on Picture Day! If you sign up, you will report directly to Mrs. Murdock, and she will direct you on what to do throughout your assigned time slot.

Your main job will be helping make sure our kids look their very best before their photo! 💕📷
