Build your digital confidence, one practical skill at a time.

Dale Community Center is offering a free four-class series designed for adults 50+ who want to feel more comfortable using everyday technology and staying safer online.

Topics include:
• Protecting your accounts with stronger passwords and two-step verification
• Spotting scams, fake messages, and AI imposters
• Using patient portals and preparing for telehealth
• Practicing real-world digital safety skills

Each session includes a 1-hour class plus 30 minutes of optional Q&A and individual help.

You are encouraged to attend the full series, but you can mix and match dates to fit your schedule.

Starts October 14
Multiple morning and afternoon class dates through November 20.

Free • No registration required

Bring your phone, tablet, or laptop if you’d like hands-on help with your own device. No device? You are still welcome to attend.

Hello my Dale Community friends.
I wanted to properly introduce myself. My name is Ginny and I teach crafting and painting to children, teens and adults. I am so honored and excited to be a part of your community and I’m looking forward to making new friends. Crafting (mainly painting) has been my passion since I was around 10 years old. It was my release of bad times during my childhood, and self expression of things that rattled in my mind that I had no clue who or how to express my feelings, fears and frustration to. Art continues to be my passion and therapy throughout my illnesses at the age of 61 🎨
I want to share this passion with everyone, especially children, and I have made this journey my ministry.

The children and teen classes are free; I offset the expense by offering adult paying classes once or twice monthly (if my schedule allows it). I also post a wish list for supplies quarterly, and accept donations.

On a last note… I believe that you can accomplish anything if you believe it and keep faith. I have been given so many crosses to carry, but I refuse to give up. Giving up is not an option! I beat cancer, RA, I’m shrinking due to bone health issues, have had 2 heart problems which lead to a pacemaker and CHF, and I’m working on beating my latest crosses; Parkinsons, early onset of Dementia and awaiting for a Knee Replacement. GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION, MY MINISTRY WILL CONTINUE ❤️and I look forward to meeting the Dale Community.
