NCL, Inc., Texas Diamonds Chapter is a group of mothers and daughters who have come together in a commitment to community service, leadership development, and cultural experiences. After experiencing a setback with another chapter, Monica rallied nine strangers to join her as board members, each committed to creating something special. The momentum grew on May 16, 2019, when more than 40 moms gathered for the Chapter Formation Meeting, exceeding the required number to start the chapter. By August 20, 2019, excitement peaked at the First Kick-Off Meeting, where all but one mom and daughter pair showed up, forming a strong founding group of 73 members. The journey reached a proud moment on April 7, 2020, when the Texas Diamonds Chapter received its official “Charter” status. Since then, our chapter has flourished, now counting over 200 members who passionately support 16 local philanthropies and collaborate with five national philanthropic partners. Our mission is to empower mothers and daughters by engaging them locally through meaningful programs and events centered around the three NCL pillars, philanthropy, culture, and leadership.
