Class of 2027, your future is worth planning for: and you do not have to do it all at once. 🎓

Use this month-by-month guide to prepare for cy fair isd scholarships:

September–October 2026: Start a scholarship folder. Explore colleges, career programs, and financial-aid options. Make a list of activities, honors, service, work experience, and accomplishments.

November–December: Begin drafting personal statements and identifying people who may provide recommendations. Give yourself time to revise and reflect your authentic story.

January–February 2027: Review the official CFEF application information and gather required documents. Confirm application and FAFSA dates through official CFEF updates: do not rely on an old calendar or estimate.

March–April: Complete every section carefully, proofread your responses, and submit all materials according to the current instructions. Ask a trusted adult to review your work before submitting.

May: Watch for official CFEF communications and respond promptly if additional information is requested. Keep checking your email.

June 11: Scholarship recipients will be celebrated at the Scholarship Awards Ceremony. Keep an eye out for official invitations and ceremony details.
