SURPRISE! We had to cancel in May because of weather BUT we are back and even better! Our pre-Reverse Job fair meeting last night went great! We discussed expectations like how to dress, how to present yourself, and good interview questions to practice! Launch Ability and our first class of candidates are excited for the upcoming Reverse Job Fair on August 19th!

We'd like to formally announce our FIRST ever "LAUNCH: Reverse Job Fair". Happening August 19th, we will host showcase 10 adults with disabilities that are actively looking for gainful employment to potential employers in our community. A reverse job fair is a controlled setting that allows for candidate empowerment, an ability to practice real in-person interviews, resume development, and the possibility of employment!

If you would like to participate as a potential candidate, please fill out the form found in the comments or our bio. We are only accepting the first ten registrants, but don't worry, there will be many more to come!

We would like to give a shout out to Pop.In Cu***ng for partnering with us and hiring a qualified adult with disabilities to be a part of their team! They utilized Launch Ability to help create an accessible checklist for their employee. We helped with accommodations for the employee to be successful in the role and have a working relationship with the employer to help answer any questions or concerns!
