For almost 90 years the Crosswicks Community Association through the Crosswicks Community House has served as a meeting place of Scouts, antique car enthusiasts, dancers, and yoga and exercise classes to name a few. Halloween parades and parties, Christmas tree lighting and Santa’s arrival, summer splash days, concerts on the green and other events have been hosted at The Community House. Musician
s have taken advantage of the stage on the second floor to perform as well as several comedic events. In addition, private affairs such as bridal and baby showers, birthday and graduation parties, Thanksgiving dinners and fundraisers have made use of the facility. In 2007, a new kitchen was installed thanks to Boy Scout Pack 55 and an Eagle Scout project.
