We thank Kenton County Government for their continuous support of our program!
Kenton County recently approved $2.1 million in one-time funding for nine projects to strengthen local organizations’ ability to serve Kenton County residents.
The funding will support:
• Action Ministries, Inc. Action Ministries: $164,850 for a new forklift, box truck, walk-in cooler and freezer to support food pantry operations.
• CASA of the Northern Bluegrass Region: $8,831 for new equipment to support its work serving children and families.
• Family Nurturing Center : $500,000 to renovate its facility in Crestview Hills.
• Kentucky Senior Citizens Apartments (Panorama): $12,281 to upgrade its protective camera system.
• Meals on Wheels: $73,702 for a new refrigerated van to deliver meals to Kenton County residents.
• St. Charles Community: $500,000 toward Phase I construction of a new senior living center in Park Hills.
• St. Vincent de Paul - Northern Kentucky: $300,000 toward construction of its new facility on Crescent Springs Pike in Erlanger.
• DCCH Center for Children and Families: $500,000 for essential technology and safety needs at its residential campus in Fort Mitchell.
• Independence Senior Activity Center: $41,500 for facility upgrades, including a new partition and air conditioning units.
This funding helps local organizations expand their capacity, improve their facilities and continue providing services that Kenton County residents rely on every day.
