Here is the link to complete the survey….share with family and friends! HealthyNKY.org

We need your help.

We want to know what you think are the most important health-related issues in the region. Is it all of the exercise venues? Is it the entertainment options? It is the abundance of farmers markets where you can find fresh food?

What about issues that make the region unhealthy? Drugs? Mental health issues? Smoking?

By asking the people who live here in Northern Kentucky what they see as the most important health-related issues are, we can then understand their needs and prioritize our work.

So tell us. Take our Community Health Assessment survey at HealthyNKY.org.

It only takes a few minutes to complete, but can help us make changes that last a lifetime.
