A Safe Place 🏠 by Madeline Myers

If you didn’t know Madeline Myers, Miss Spirit of Indiana’s Teen, and the founder of the Megaphone project wrote a children’s book about children who are fleeing domestic violence with their parent!
The book is available on Amazon and a portion of the profits benefit our program here at Hope Springs.

We are looking for people to sponsor us and purchase Madeline’s book so we can give copies to our DCS workers, Police Officers and have some copies here in the office for the kiddos having to flee domestic violence. We have included the link in the comments, and the copies can be sent here to Hope Springs at 502 S Perry St.

We want to thank Madeline for all she does for Hope Springs. At just 14 she is already doing so much for our community. 💜

❤️ THE TABLE COLLECTIVE 🚒 FUNDRAISER UPDATE ❤️

We are so excited to share that our fundraiser to sponsor a local cadet was a success! Together, our community raised just shy of $2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ to go toward supporting a cadet in honor of Justin Hurd and his service! 🔥🚒

A HUGE thank you to everyone in our community who donated to the cadet project through our Apple Fest and Worship Night events. Every donation, big or small, helped make this possible!

We also want to thank Justin’s family for giving us the opportunity to honor his memory in such a meaningful way, and the department for allowing us to be part of this blessing.

And thank you to Sterling Christian Church and Hillsboro Nazarene Church for sponsoring the food for our event and helping us feed our community! ❤️

TODAY’S THE DAY! ❤️🌭🎶

We’re so excited to serve our community a FREE meal for anyone who may need one—or just wants to come enjoy one!

🌭 Full hot dog bar + drinks
📍 Downtown Veedersburg — at the stage/gazebo
⏰ 6:30 PM and throughout Worship Night

We’ll also be accepting in-kind donations in memory of Justin Hurd, with the hope of helping a new cadet at one of our local stations with the cost of their education and training. We’ve already raised $500, and we’d love to keep that going! ❤️

Can’t make it tonight but would like to donate? Send us a message and we’ll get you set up!

Most importantly, we’d love to see you there for worship, a meal, and fellowship. Come as you are, bring a friend, and spend the evening with us! 🙏🏼❤️

Groceries are expensive right now, and with the cost of everything else continuing to add up, we know there are families who could really use a little extra help this weekend.

This will also be our LAST EVENT AT OUR COVINGTON BUILDING before we transition to a digital model. While we’re closing one chapter, we are incredibly excited to see what route God has ahead for The Table Collective. 🙏
