🚧 Temporary Closure Planned for I-64 Westbound Near White Sulphur Springs TODAY!!!🚧

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV — Motorists traveling on Interstate 64 westbound through Greenbrier County should plan for delays on Thursday, July 30, as the West Virginia Division of Highways conducts expedited roadway repairs.

According to the WVDOH, I-64 westbound will be temporarily closed between Exit 181 (White Sulphur Springs) and Exit 175 (Harts Run) from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

During the closure, westbound traffic will be detoured: ➡️ Exit I-64 at Exit 181 (White Sulphur Springs) ➡️ Follow U.S. Route 60 ➡️ Re-enter I-64 westbound at Exit 175 (Harts Run)

Drivers should allow extra travel time, follow all posted detour signs, and use caution while traveling through the area. Officials note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could impact the repair schedule.

The West Virginia Division of Highways apologized for the inconvenience and encourages motorists to consider alternate routes if possible.

⚠️ Traffic Alert: If you're traveling through the White Sulphur Springs area Thursday, expect delays and plan ahead.
