CarFest

CarFest "Giving back to the community" Car Fest is an annual car show put on by a group of guys in Covington, VA who basically just love vehicles.

They are not a club or orginization, they just like cars and like helping the community. Every year that CarFest has a show, all the proceeds from that show gets donated to a local non-profit orginization. Over the past 10 years, over $15,000 has been donated to other non-profit orginizations.

Thanks to all who came out and supported the 15th Annual CarFest! Another successful year with 90 vehicles in attendance, thanks to all who came out and supported the show at a participant or spectator and congratulations to all the trophy winners...even though all participants are winners...all proceeds from this years show will be donated to Safe Homes!

Be sure to go to Bath Co. airport this weekend, Sept 20, for the Wings and Wheels Air Show and Car Show, and then on Sept. 27 be sure to head to Cuccis for the 15th Annual CarFest with this year's proceeds benefiting Safe Homes!

What a beautiful day it is today! It's a shame we couldn't have flip flopped the weather from today to yesterday! But we still had a great time yesterday at the 14th Annual CarFest! Thanks everyone again who came out and braved the rain with us! Y'all are awesome!! Save the date for next year, the 15th Annual CarFest will be held Saturday September 20, 2014!
