📚❤️ COTTONWOOD, OUR LIBRARY NEEDS US!

Our Cottonwood Community Library has been serving local families for 30 years, operating independently without government funding.

Now, they need our help raising $28,000 for a much-needed new roof!

They’re accepting monetary donations, as well as products, gift cards, and services for their November 14th online auction.

Donations for the auction can be dropped off at the library by November 9th.

At Swanky Motor Co., we believe in supporting the people and places that make our little town special. Let’s rally together and help keep this wonderful community resource going strong for generations to come!

❤️ Small town. Big hearts. Let’s show up for our library!

Shout out to this new little free library that recently popped up across the street from the Cottonwood Post Office! Their stewards set it up on the last day of our book sale, so they got some supplies from us, but check out the treats for the kids!

I really try NOT to beg for money, but this is important. We are naming this fundraiser “Under One Roof, Protecting Our Stories.”

The Cottonwood Community Library 96022 needs our help folks. The roof is failing. It is a charming little library and deserves our support. Please scan the QR code and give anything you can spare to help out. Reading is important. This little library is something we are proud of and hope people will show their Cottonwood spirit and give them what you can.

Our adult non-fiction section has been re-organized! The Dewey Decimal system has been replaced by topical tags, so you can more easily find books on the same subject in the same place, not spread out under various numerical codes. If you've been browsing while things were still being sorted, thanks for your patience. If you haven't seen this new system yet, come check it out!

Join Ms. Noreen for stories about things like cats, costumes, candy, pumpkins- all the fall fun! Costumes welcome! 🎃

No tricks, just treats! If you have a child that hasn't started kindergarten yet, every 100 books read gets a treasure. Stop by the front desk for a tracking form!
