🚒 First responders give everything to protect our communities. Who helps them heal?
A pilot study followed seven first responders through an 8-week ground-based equine-assisted therapy program. Participants showed meaningful reductions in anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, and avoidance — with qualitative feedback describing increased peace, reduced anxiety, mindfulness, and greater trust in self and others.
At DLB Ranch, we honor the service of our first responders by offering a place to exhale, reconnect, and recover. You deserve support too. 💙🐴
