The park road is officially open! Come see us this weekend!

Highway 89 through Lassen Volcanic National Park is open! Many trails at higher elevations are still snow-covered and the Bumpass Hell Trail remains closed. Prepare for winter conditions if you plan to hike. https://www.nps.gov/lavo/planyourvisit/hours.htm

On May 2nd our employee Chris got out for a hike to Mill Creek Falls. He reported the only snow was at the trailhead and the rest of the way was clear. We carry a variety of guide books on our stores and online.
