About Simone:
Some fun facts about her, She loves to hike, and her favorite author is J.D Robb! Simone brings an impressive background in nonprofit leadership, arts administration, community engagement, and strategic development, along with a passion for building connections between history, culture, and community. ❤️

Simone will continue to effortlessly help guide HEARTS as we grow over time in order to expand our work preserving historic places, cultural legacies, and natural landmarks.

Join HEARTS Collaborative and Davidson College for a powerful afternoon of history, music, dance, and reflection as we mark the 5th anniversary of the HEARTS Sacred Grounds series.
This year’s event places a dedicated lens on honoring and bringing to light the history of the burial grounds of the enslaved in and around Davidson, using history, art, and ecology to bridge our past and present.
