Operation Stand Down Central Texas assists the homeless veterans and their families in the surrounding community. OSDCT provides a proactive role in assisting homeless veterans in our area. Provide immediate relief from the trauma and isolation of homelessness. Create an environment where basic necessities are provided and participants can come together in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Provide ho

meless veterans access to short-term resources. Ensure that participants have easy access to basic needs during the event, including shelter, beds, food, showers, clothing and haircuts. Raise community awareness about homelessness (particularly homeless veterans). Encourage participation of elected officials in Stand Down. Increase media coverage and dialogue on homeless veteran issues.

Help us prepare the Shield of Faith Thrift Store to help families in need across Bell County. Volunteers are needed for sorting, organizing, merchandising, cleaning, and general store setup.

Your time helps support the mission of Armor of God Outreach (501c3 non-profit) as we restore lives through God’s love and strengthen and unite our community.
