We're excited to announce our NEW Chief Executive Officer, Joe Ferguson!

Joe's commitment to empowering communities, developing spaces that foster a sense of belonging, and investing in underserved communities will be instrumental in the growth and development of the Y and our programs.

Joe is joining our organization in August after an impressive career focused in education administration and operational performance consulting including work at Mastery Charter Schools, School District of Philadelphia, and Deloitte Consulting. He holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, and undergrad degrees from UPenn's Wharton School and Engineering School.
