We’re excited to share what’s next for WeBuild Concord.

Four new single-family homes are planned for Malvern Drive, near our Lincoln Street Townhomes. The first two are anticipated for Spring–Summer 2027.

Each new home means another opportunity for someone to put down roots and build toward long-term stability.

We can’t wait to bring this next project to life, stay tuned for more!
