Eastern Market boxes are back at the pantry! This is a partnership we've truly valued over the past few summers. Every other week, we receive boxes filled with a wonderful variety of fresh produce, and sometimes even special treats like eggs, honey, or maple syrup.

We never know exactly what will be inside, but we do know that these boxes provide delicious, nutritious food that we're grateful to share.

Thank you to Eastern Market Partnership for helping make healthy food more accessible to our neighbors!

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing team at Culver's of Commerce Township for supporting Hospitality House in such a fun and meaningful way! 🦆💙

Through their "Quacks for Cause" promotion, customers purchased adorable Culver's ducks, with proceeds benefiting Hospitality House and helping us continue to serve neighbors facing food insecurity. In addition, Culver's generously donated buns to help stock our pantry.

We are so grateful to the Culver's team and to everyone who purchased a duck and supported this campaign.

This was the last week of our Weekend Food Program for the school year. Thank you to our amazing volunteers! (Not all are pictured) Every week they packed bags of nutritious meals for local students and delivered them to schools in all kinds of weather. Because of their commitment and dedication, children had access to food on the weekends.

We also appreciate the staff at Walled Lake Consolidated School District and Novi Community School District for collaborating with us and coordinating distribution. We look forward to working with you all again in the fall! Have a wonderful summer!

We can't say enough good things about this inspiring young man!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ethan, an 8-year-old from Wixom, who stopped by Hospitality House to present us with a very special donation. After celebrating his First Communion, Ethan received cash gifts from family and friends. Without any prompting from his parents, he decided he wanted to use that money to help others in our community.

Ethan visited our pantry yesterday to deliver his donation and learn more about how it will help neighbors facing food insecurity. His kindness, generosity, and compassion at such a young age are truly inspiring.

Ethan, you touched the hearts of everyone at Hospitality House when we met you yesterday. Thank you for your incredible generosity and for reminding us that no act of kindness is too small. You are already making a difference in the lives of others, and we couldn't be more grateful. ❤️

Our canned vegetable shelf is completely empty, and we could use your help in restocking it!

We can use donations of any and all canned vegetables. If you're able to help, donations can be dropped off during the following times this week:

Tuesday: 10:00 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm

Yesterday was a great day to walk in the Walled Lake Memorial Day Parade! 🇺🇸
